1. Who we are

JR Global B.V. ("JR Global", "we", "us"), registered in the Netherlands with its office at Johan de Wittlaan 7, 2517 JT Den Haag, is the controller of personal data processed through this website. Questions or requests: info@vlisoft.com.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form data: name, email address, project description and optional budget range — only when you submit the form.
• Correspondence data: information you share with us by email or phone.
• Technical data: anonymised, aggregated usage statistics. We do not use advertising trackers.

3. Why we process it (legal bases)

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal — performance of (pre-)contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To maintain and improve our website — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• To comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Who receives your data

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate this website and our business (hosting, email delivery), bound by data-processing agreements. We never sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Your data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where project delivery requires limited access from our Shanghai delivery centre, we apply appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and data minimisation.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows. Contractual and financial records are retained for 7 years as required by Dutch law.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise any right, email info@vlisoft.com — we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

8. Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies (e.g. your language preference, stored locally on your device). We do not use marketing or third-party tracking cookies; therefore no cookie consent banner is required.
